Here is my life (all that I care to write) up to this point:

1.  School ended.  Finals ended.

2.  Dimple graduated.  What this means:  No Indian food after church, No random visits, No random sleep overs .  Who else is going to dance with me to the Cure, Michael and our all time favorite - Shakira!?!?!  Man, just when I mastered belly dancing.  Stupid, graduating, Dimpo.  Fue una tortura perderte.

3.  Dimple moved out.  This is in here b/c I have never seen so many clothes, clothes hangars, random pieces of paper, and exotic forms of fungi before in my life!  That poor apartment.

4.  Finally went to get BoBo's chicken as Dimple's final wish of OKC.  The girl love fried chicken - what can I say.

5.  Work started.  One day after work me and two other clerks went to get drinks and we end up seeing some partners from the firm.  The attorney was talking to me and another clerk and asks and where her southern accent is from (Arkansas) and where I'm originally from.  He says, "See, that's what the problem is.  People tend to hide what they really are.  If you're from Arkansas, talk like you're from Arkansas.  If you're from India, talk like you're from India.  Don't talk like you're from NY or anything."

What the pho man!  Haha, and I'm thinking - I'm the girl that says "vipers" instead of "wipers" and "ValMart" instead of "WalMart".  There's no faking here!!  Jack ass.

6.  Went to Turner Falls, finally.  What I learned from that experience:  I hate being outside on a hot day.  What is hot?  Above 74 degrees.  Screw that!  While people are exploring all around the area, I'm standing there thinking that ice cream would make this worth while.  Haha!  I also was quite interested in the guy next to me using the telescope to look at the bikini-clad women below us.  And then of course, I had to look too!  (For the scenery of course.)  The waterfall was really cool.

7.  Went to karaoke with an attorney and the rest of the clerks.  She made us sing "Creep" by TLC.  It was me and two other clerks - one of which sang like it was the story of his life.  So much passion in one little white man.  Karaoke is not that fun - well not in public anyway.  What's fun is singing along to a song and taping yourself on the computer and listening to it repeatedly, and then blaming me for her being out of tune.  Ha!  (Add this to another thing I'll miss about Dimpo.)

So, basically this is what I've been up to.  In more detail that I thought I would go into.  I've been at work for about 2 weeks now and wear heels EVERY single day.  My feet looks and feels like someone bludgeoned it.  I'm going now.

I've turned into a completely useless human being.

I can't sit still and study.  I can't clean my apartment.  I have managed to finish eating all meals before 7:30p.m.  That really doesn't  mean much, but when you're as useless as I am, you live for the little things in life.

You Could Have It So Much Better
By Franz Ferdinand
see related

So, the things I was looking forward to (Coldplay, Spring Break, Franz Ferdinand, and my last trip home for the semester) have all come to pass.  So, now, I'm left with nothing to look forward to except the monster of finals.  I may sound like a huge loser - it's because I am!

I do have to admit that I did have a great time at home this past weekend.  Highlights:

1.  My dog turned 11 years old, which to most people (Dimple) seems like a waste, but for me it means OODLES!!

2.  Franz Ferdinand concert w/ Thanh.  What's sad though was that it was just me and her 'hollering' for Franz, while EVERY other person around us were there for Death Cab.  To my left there were two 50 year old women and in front of me was an older gentleman who thought he was at a charismatic worship service hosted by Death Cab.

3.  I was mistaken for a non-English speaking (annoying!) Hispanic girl TWICE!  Then, after correcting the two people, they look at me like I'M wrong or something!!

4.  I got yelled at by the scary old guy at 12 a.m. in an abandoned Shell gas station (don't ask) after I kept telling him the nozzle for the gas pump didn't work and I couldn't give him any (gas, just to clarify) - I PROMISE IT DIDN'T WORK!!  I'm a good person, regardless!

5.  Planting flowers with my mom (and Linzi, for the first 5 minutes after she had to leave b/c of 'sweet blood' disease).  Nothing funny about that.  Except when I asked my mom where the hoe was and she looked at Linzi!  HAHAHA!!  The woman just knows!

So....basically....that's it.

Good day.

This was my day yesterday.  I ate alot of beans, named all my new and upcoming pimples, and fell asleep without reading at 9:30p.m.

This is my day today.  I woke up at 5:45 and have read all my Friendster testimonials for the past hour.  I ate cereal and now am currently using my corporations book as a coaster.

Hi, I'm Ditty.  I used to be motivated and enthusiastic.  Now, I'm one of those people who wallows in their own filthy apartment and eats cereal while reading good things about herself over and over again to relive a life once had.  Pathetic (and a little over-dramatic)!

Needless to say, I'm soooooo ready for Spring Break '06!!  Woo Woo!
